We like to meet with our clients to learn about the role, the organization, the culture, and the desired candidate profile. Once we have a clear understanding of our client’s needs, it’s time to start sourcing candidates. We essentially map your specific market to identify potential candidates and use a variety of methods to find them, including job boards, social media platforms, networking, our database, industry magazines/ websites and referrals.
Conduct initial screening
We conduct a preliminary screening of potential candidates to determine if they have the necessary qualifications and experience for the role. This can include a phone or video interview, as well as a review of their resume and work samples. We also send them information on your business, your position vacancy and the people running your business, so they have a good understanding before we progress further.
Face to face interviews
Out of the longlist of candidates we deem a good fit for your business, we conduct detailed face to face interviews where we go through their background in detail, their expectations, your role, and your company to further evaluate whether its worth connecting the both of you.
Present candidates to our client
Based on our assessment of each candidate, we present the top candidates to you along with a summary of their skills and experience, references from previous employers, and or suppliers and an overview of their salary expectations and notice period.
Schedule
interviews
Once you have identified a pool of qualified candidates you like, it’s time to schedule interviews. We coordinate with our client and candidates to find a time that works for everyone. Provide candidates with information about the interview format, location, and any materials they should bring.
Check
references
After the interviews, we check further references for each candidate to confirm their employment history and performance. We appreciate it may be sensitive for some candidates to disclose all their references in the early stages.
Facilitate offers and negotiations
Once you have selected a candidate, we assist in facilitate the offer and negotiate salary and benefits on behalf of our clients (if needed).
Follow up
After the candidate has been hired, we regularly follow up with both the client and candidate to ensure a smooth transition and successful placement. This will help you build a strong relationship with both parties and increase the likelihood of future business
