Site Manager - Based in Western Suburbs - With occasional visits to the Geelong office
- Salary - paying between $140-160K + Super
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Site Manager or hands on PM role
- Experience working within commercial building is essential on projects of $10M+
- Experience working on projects such as schools, hospitals or Gov’t buildings is highly advantageous
- Qualification in construction management is desirable but not essential
Site Manager in Melbourne (potential of sites all over Melb)
- Salary - paying between $130 -160K + Super
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Site Manager or hands on PM role
- Experience working within commercial building is essential on projects of $10M+
- Experience working on projects such as schools, hospitals is highly advantageous
- Qualification in construction management is desirable but not essential
- Salary - paying between $120K - $140K + Super
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Site manager or hands on PM role
- Experience working within commercial building is essential on projects of $10M+
- Experience working on projects such as schools or hospitals is highly advantageous
- Qualification in construction management is desirable but not essential
- Salary - paying between $130 -150K + Super
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Contract Administration / Commercial CA
- Experience working within commercial building is essential on projects of $10M+

2 X Contract Administrator (Commercial Construction CA) - Geelong
- Salary -
- Intermediate level role - paying between $100 -120K + Super
- Experienced level role - paying between $130 -150K + Super
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Contract Administration / Commercial CA
- Experience working within commercial building is essential on projects of $10M+
- Experience working on projects such as schools, hospitals is highly advantageous
- Qualification in construction management is desirable but not essential
