The Company
A well-established and highly regarded commercial builder with over 15 years of success delivering projects across the commercial, retail, and industrial sectors. Project values typically range from $3M–$10M, with a strong pipeline of negotiated and D&C work, allowing them to largely avoid the competitive hard tender market.
The Role
You will take full ownership of a $6M retail project in Melbourne’s north-west suburbs. This is a true end-to-end role where you’ll operate as both Site Manager and Project Manager—overseeing site operations while also managing subcontracts, RFIs, variations, and progress claims. It’s a “one-stop shop” position with full project accountability.
