Project Manager

Due to a sustained increase in workload, a respected business is looking for 2 x Project Managers to join their expanding team.

The Business
The business has been in operation for over 10 years and has built itself into a team of 90+ employees, with over 60 live projects. They deliver a mix of commercial and education capital works, maintenance and construction projects, with project values ranging from $50k–$3m, and have a further appetite for growth.

The Role

• Work with your CAs and Site Managers to ensure works are completed on time and within budget.
• Scope, let and programme the job in conjunction with your CAs and Site Managers.
• Liaise with clients, architects, superintendents and subcontractors to ensure the smooth running of projects.
• Track project expenditure, variations and purchase orders, and keep the project financially on track.
• Ensure works meet safety requirements, specifications, building standards and project quality expectations.

About You

• Be a capable Project Manager or aspiring CA who has experience within the construction sector. Maintenance or FM experience will also be considered (must be local).
• Be able to deal with a wide range of people in a positive manner.
• Have an eye for detail.
• Be able to work and manage projects in a timeline-driven environment.
