The Company
This is a small but growing division of a well-established group that has been operating for over 10 years, generating in excess of $50M in annual turnover.
They have recently launched a new arm focused on delivering a mix of construction and maintenance projects for key clients (including several panel agreements), and are now looking to expand this side of the business.

The Role
This is a hands-on position where you will take ownership of projects while playing a part in the growth of the business. Responsibilities include:

• Managing projects end-to-end in a Project Manager capacity
• Reviewing, negotiating, and letting subcontractor agreements
• Managing project programmes and timelines
• Handling subcontractor and client variations, as well as progress claims
• Supporting business development by identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships
• Working alongside one team member initially, with the opportunity to lead and grow the team over time

About You

• Experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Engineer, Contract Administrator, or Project Manager role
• Background within construction or facilities management, delivering projects end-to-end
• Minimum 2+ years of local (Australian) experience
• Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative
• Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
