Compliance / OH&S Officer

• $110,000 - $120,000 per year + Super

Connect Us Recruitment are currently looking for a Compliance Officer for a well established and growing client in the commercial construction industry.

The ideal client will have several years experience within a similar, fast paced Health and Safety / Compliance role, preferably gained in the construction industry.

The following experience is highly desirable:

• Experience managing and overseeing external audits
• Good understanding of regulatory frameworks including ISO9001 Quality System, ISO 45001 OH&S and ISO 14001 Environmental
• Experience conducting site audits and training
• Comfortable managing multiple operating systems, OH&S and IMS
• Managing relationships and having challenging conversations with a wide variety of senior stakeholders, sub-contractors and external regulators
• Experience with Federal Safety Accreditation is not essential but highly desirable

This is a permanent role and is predominantly office based, but will require regular site visits across central Melbourne. Access to your own vehicle is essential and all travel costs to site will be reimbursed.
