The company delivers a mix of EBA and non-EBA projects across the civil and commercial sectors, with around 50 traffic controllers currently in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding of employees, including the collection, verification, and storage of all personal details and compliance documents (tickets, identification, certificates, registrations).
- Ensuring all onboarding and induction processes are efficient and meet company standards.
- Maintaining and improving the company’s HR management software and document filing systems.
- Supporting online inductions, data entry, and reporting for the operations team as required.
- Competent with Microsoft Office, online applications, and recruitment/HR databases.
- Ideally have experience within the traffic management, construction, or civil industries.
- Hold a qualification in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (desirable but not essential).
- A team player with strong attention to detail, professionalism, and reliability.
- Salary up to $80k + Super.
