Site Manager- Geelong

The company has seen significant growth over the last 5 years and have committed to further develop their reputation as one of Gelong's premier construction companies. Their portfolio of works lies in the commercial, education, health and fit out sectors with project values to $35m.

Your role:

• Manage trades to ensure works are carried out to a high standard.
• Ensure trades are carrying out works in line with programme, drive subcontractors in a proactive manner.
• Ensure OH&S standards are maintained to a high level.
• Work with your PM to re-programme the job if needed.
• Trouble shoot any unforeseen issues that may arise on site.

About you:

• Have local experience (Australia) as a Site Manager within the commercial sector.
• Have overseen multiple projects from start through to finish.
• Be computer savvy and able to work with various software packages
• Can drive subcontractors in a proactive manner.
