The company has been in operation for 25 years and has built a solid name delivering large scale D&C commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects within, industrial, health and education. They are looking to grow with an emphasis of targeting D&C new build projects and are looking for someone to take on a lead estimating role and grow this part of their business.

They deliver multiple packages and have a decent sized estimating team that currently consist of 3-4 people. With a deep pipeline of work they are looking for someone who is highly experienced in both commercial fit-out and new build (D&C).

About you:

• Be an experienced senior estimator (8-12 year) with relevant project experience Industrial & commercial new build, heavy refurbishment, large-scale fit-out and upgrade projects of between $5m–$20m
• Be able to lead on tenders (end to end) for fitout and new build of projects in excess of $15-25m
• Very comfortable in D&C and partially documented environments
• Leadership capability and comfortable developing a junior team
• Strong commercial capability and ambition to grow part of the business
