Connect Us are working on behalf of a client based in North Melbourne (near Kensington). They are a GTO/RTO and work in the construction industry placing apprentices within various trades,

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established and growing Group Training Organisation (GTO), who are looking for a driven and outgoing individual who’s looking for a role where they can be rewarded for their hard work and commitment. This is a company that values and rewards a great attitude and strong work ethic, so whilst experience is important, pro-activity, strong people skills and resilience under pressure will come first.

This role is a 50/50 split between providing varied admin support in a fast-paced and fun office environment, as well as attending site visits to check on apprentices and meet with clients in the construction industry.

The right candidate for this role will have:

  • A full drivers license (access to a company vehicle will be provided
  • 6-12 months experience in a fast paced administrative role
  • A pro-active and positive approach to work
  • A resilient and determined approach to a challenging workload
  • 6 months experience within the construction industry is desirable but not essential

Key responsibilities:

  • Screening and Onboarding on apprentices
  • Contacting leads and booking interview
  • Weekly site visits to meet apprentices and RTO employers
  • Maintain and developing client relationships
  • General office admin and assisting payroll with timesheets
  • Systems admin across multiple IT platforms
